FairOdds Terminal provides analytics and tools for discovering arbitrage/surebets, middles, value bets, and Pinnacle dropping-odds signals. We do not offer betting services, financial advice, or guarantees of outcomes. Use the information at your own discretion and risk, and comply with all applicable laws and age requirements in your jurisdiction.

3. Prohibited Use (including scraping)

You must not use the Service in any way that damages, disables, overburdens, or impairs it, or interferes with others’ use. In particular, you must not:

  • access, collect, harvest, or extract data via automated means (including “scraping,” spiders, crawlers, robots, or similar) without fairoddsterminal.com’s prior written permission;
  • attempt to bypass or defeat rate limits, access controls, or security;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code;
  • use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable regulations (including gambling regulations).

4. Decisions Based on Information

You may need an account to access certain features (e.g., Pro access). You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are provided at sign-up and may be updated in accordance with these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, fairoddsterminal.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
