We collect limited data to operate and improve the Service and to provide Pro access.

1) Analytics (Mixpanel)

  • What: pages visited, navigation and feature usage, session duration, referrers, device/browser type (aggregated).
  • How: We use Mixpanel to measure usage. Mixpanel may process IP addresses transiently to derive approximate geolocation/unique visitor metrics and to ensure service reliability. We do not store or log full IP addresses in our systems, and we configure Mixpanel to minimize personal data (e.g., IP redaction/masking and no precise geolocation). Analytics is reported in aggregate and is not used to identify individual users.

2) Account & access

  • What: Name and email address (provided by you via forms/sign-up) to enable Pro access and communicate about your account.

How we use the data

  • Provide and manage your Pro access
  • Improve website/app experience and features
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues

We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing.

Sources and disclosures

We mainly collect data directly from you via forms in the Service. We may disclose data to trusted service providers strictly as needed to operate the Service (hosting, email delivery, analytics). We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

If any provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses). Where available, we prefer EU/EEA data residency (Mixpanel offers EU data residency options).

Data security and retention

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures (encryption, access control, backups, logging).

  • Support/contact submissions: deleted within 30 days unless law requires longer.
  • Account basics (name, email): retained while your account is active and deleted upon request or closure, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Analytics: retained in aggregated/minimized form per operational need.

Your rights

Children

The Service is intended for adults as per applicable local laws. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
